The Team

Heath is the visionary inspiration behind PCK.  In 2020, after a 20 year career in social services, Heath bought his first inn in Ogunquit.  It had been his dream to operate a bed and breakfast in Ogunquit for many years and after moving to Ogunquit in 2018, Heath finally found the perfect opportunity when he purchased the Nellie Littlefield Inn & Spa.  Little did he know at the time, that he would grow his businesses throughout the years, where he now owns and operates seven inns throughout Ogunquit, under the umbrella of OGT Inns!  

In 2022, Heath acquired the Inn at Perkins Cove, formerly the Hartwell House Inn, and had a vision to open up a restaurant.  Initially, Heath did not intend to run the restaurant himself and set out to find the perfect restaurant operator.  In 2023, improvements where made to the restaurant space and grounds to prepare for a restaurant.  In late 2023, it became apparent to Heath that the restaurant would need someone to operate the restaurant who shared a vision for quality food and service, and eventually
